Where has all the trust gone?

A positive working environment is more important to organisational performance than it has ever been before. The scandalous behaviour exposed at a UK sports retailer has reopened the debate about culture. Similar issues have emerged in other areas from politics to sport: the erosion of trust in the EU Referendum process and an international football manager resigning with the associated rumours of 'a players revolt'.

ExemplaHR offers a cultural change element with a successful approach and application to help clients.

Culture is much more than 'the way we do things round here' or 'the way we expect our people to behave'. ExemplaHR starts with PIP and PIP2. To put it simply, mission is purpose, vision is intent and values are principles and these important elements must not be confused. It is creative and entrepreneurial to use the PIP acronym but to place the value principles at the start of your strategic planning – Principles, Intent, Purpose (PIP), followed by PIP2 – People, Information, Processes. You can discover more about PIP in our Values Strategy.

Contacting ExemplaHR should be your next step to values alignment, your strategic foundation and improved performance on the journey from good to great to greater.

Now is the time to talk to us about culture and work, and start the work with your leaders to raise understanding and improve performance.
