THE EXEMPLAHR POINTER

This is an online development aid towards an assessment of the alignment of core values and business strategies, or not, of individuals, groups, teams or an organisation. It points to the degree of alignment between what a business believes and practices and how effective those values and strategies are at the sharp end of an organisation: work, workforce, workplace and wellbeing.

The confidential answers to a set of simple and revealing questions indicates the effectiveness of how values and strategies are communicated, supported and enabled in work. The more aligned, the more effective; the more effective, the more relevant; the more relevant, the more productive.

Values and strategies can be aligned in work, in a workforce, in the workplace and for the wellbeing of all. The vertical line indicates how aligned the values and strategies of a business are in four areas: WWWW. The ExemplaHR pointer also indicates how people honestly feel about the motivational levels of their work, workforce, workplace or wellbeing. The horizontal line indicates how self-fulfilling or self-giving individuals, teams or an organisation as a whole are. The results will reveal much about the effectiveness of business across an organisation.

From these results ExemplaHR will propose a programme for learning, development and performance improvement on the journey from good to great to greater.
